DofE Booking

We use Magic Booking to manage Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) bookings and securely store important participant information. For DofE bookings, the system works slightly differently from our children’s camps. You’ll need to create your own parent account and then add yourself as a child profile within the system.

 

 

The steps below will show you how to create your DofE account, add your participant details, and make a booking. You can update your information at any time.

DofE Camp Dates 2026:

Camp 1 -  24 July - 28 July
Camp 2 -  28 July - 01 Aug
Camp 3 -  02 Aug - 06 Aug
Camp 4 -  06 Aug - 10 Aug
Camp 5 -  11  Aug - 15 Aug
Camp 6 -  15  Aug - 19 Aug

A Fully Supported, 5 Day Residential​

Standard fee: £130

(includes meals, refreshments, tent, roll mat, and full support)​

 

Subsidised fee: £50

(for those from low-income families - select the subsidised option on the booking form)

Do I qualify for an

Assisted Place? â€‹

You are eligible for an assisted place if you receive the following benefits: â€‹

  • Free School Meals,

  • Universal Credit,

  • Employment Support Allowance (income-related),

  • Income Support

  • or you are using a foodbank.

1. Create Your Parent Account

  • Go to Magic Booking.

  • Click “Create Account.”

  • Enter your own details (you'll be entering your own name as parent/guardian). 

  • Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

    • If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

2. Add Yourself as a Child Profile

  • Log in to Magic Booking using your new parent account. You will see your Bookings Dashboard.

  • Click on the Children tab and select “Add Child” and enter your child’s information.

  • Enter your own details again to create your child profile.

    • This step is required so the system can link you correctly to your DofE booking!

  • You will be prompted to add emergency contacts, healthcare, dietary, and SEND infomation, and permissions.

3. Make a Booking

  • Go back to the Bookings Dashboard.

  • Choose the camp you’d like to book - be sure to select the DofE residential options, not a children's camp!

  • Follow the on-screen steps to complete your booking and payment.
