
Children's Booking
We use Magic Booking to make it easy for parents to manage summer camp bookings.
It allows you to quickly choose your camp dates and keep your child’s information up to date, so our team can welcome them safely and prepare for any needs they may have.

The steps below will show you how to create your parent account, add your child(ren), and make your booking.
It’s simple to use, and you can update details at any time.

All places at camp are subsidised thanks to our charity funding, with assisted places available for qualifying families.

1. Create Your Parent Account

Go to Magic Booking.

Click “Create Account.”
-
Enter your own details (parent/guardian details) — do not enter your child’s details here.

Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

2. Add Your Child

Log in to Magic Booking using your new parent account. You will see your Bookings Dashboard.

Click on the Children tab and select “Add Child” and enter your child’s information.

You will be promped to add emergency contacts, healthcare, dietry and SEND infomation, and premissions.

If you have more than one child, repeat this step for each child individually.
3. Make a Booking
- Go back to the Bookings Dashboard.

Choose the camp you’d like to book.

Follow the on-screen steps to complete your booking and payment.
